Here's how PromptPR!™ works:

When you sign up for PromptPR!™, you complete an initial publicity questionnaire. If you prefer, you can print out the questionnaire and fax it to us later. In either case, this questionnaire helps us learn more about your company, the news you want to announce, and the audiences who are most important to you.

Next we will assign a professional public relations writer to follow up with a more detailed telephone interview. Our writer will then develop a polished, professionally crafted news release, written in the concise journalistic style that today's print and broadcast media demand. Your release will consist of a maximum of 600 words (including up to three revisions, if necessary), and will be provided to you either on disk, by e-mail or as a paper master, ready for photocopying onto your letterhead.

You will also receive a recommended press list of up to 25 media contacts including editors, reporters and assignment editors with addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers, specifically chosen by our media specialists based on the information and targeted markets you provide us.

We will also send labels with the specified editor/reporter so that all your staff has to do is print the release on your letterhead, place the address label on an envelope and mail.

Also included in your PromptPR!™ packet is a booklet on "tips and tactics" for dealing with the media, advice on the basics of good public relations, and suggestions for following up the release once your company sends it to your targeted media.
